The coding DNA sequence for Verde fluorescent protein with a HA Tag. This level-0 Phytobrick is coded as a CDS/CTAG Phytobrick, which allows it to be expressed singularly.


Usage and Biology

This is a level-0 Phytobrick CDS/CTAG fluorescent protein. It can be used along with other level-0 Phytobrick promoters and 3UTR to create a transcriptional unit for the vivid Verde fluorescent protein.
